• EssayDomain.com retains the right to cancel the already paid orders at its own discretion; however, a refund will be made and the client informed ASAP.
• Unless the client has pointed out the specific sources to be used in his order, the writer reserves the right to use any available sources of information for completing the order. Secondly, if the Client fails to provide the needed sources in timely manner for order execution, the client is privy to this and must agree with delay caused.
• Orders will be executed per the client’s initial instructions. If instructions are not followed; the clienthas a right to demand forFREE revision(s) on the paper to follow instructions stipulated. However, where the quality department deems that the client complaint holds no grounds for a refund, the refund request shall be null and void. If the seventy-two (72) hours after Order completion lapses, the client is deemed to have been satisfied by the product.
• 100% refund is made will be made for paper that contains over 30% of plagiarism. Additionally, a client can order for a free plagiarism report.
• EssayDomain.com is not privy to technical hitches and delays arising from client’s Internet Service provider or electronic mail server.
• Once the product has been delivered in a timely manner, EssayDomain.com shall not be responsible for the client’s failure to download the Product.
• EssayDomain.com shall not and will not be held for blame on any type of delivery issues arising from reasons linked to the client such as spam filters, providing the incorrect email, inability to access us due to lack of internet access or general neglect, among other reasons that are construed as going beyond EssayDomain.com control and/or without its fault.
• The company, along with the merchant providers and banks partners is obliged by authorities at protecting the billing information from the Customers, so as to protect the client’s information from fraudsters when conducting business from its website. In respect to this, the Company reserves the right to request the Customer to provide a copy of the original document/s that necessary for verifying their identity. The requested copies are not to be used for any other purpose other than only to verify the Customer’s identity. For security reasons, such documents shall not be stored by the Company, and shall, therefore, be discarded upon completion of the verification process.
• As part of EssayDomain.com responsibility in fighting cybercrime, and fraudulent activities, any use of an unauthorized or a stolen credit card is prohibited by the company in accordance to the law. Such actions, upon detection shall be reported to the applicable law enforcement agencies for further investigation, and prosecution.

Refund Policy

• If as client you place an order and charged, but decide to cancel for whatever reason, you are allowed to do it within 6 hours. In case, a refund of 50% of sum paid to the order will be refunded. This is because our team starts working immediately after the payment is received.
• Secondly, a refund can be made within 72 hours after receiving the order; after this time lapses no refund will be made. Note that, a refund in this case can be requested under the following conditions
• The writer fails to deliver the paper timely for some reasons and you do not need the paper at the time of delivery.
• If the paper contains plagiarism. However, the Client MUST offer concrete evidence. if the writer did not cope with the paper at all.
• If the paper does not FULLY comply with the instructions provided in your order. For this reason to hold you must be very specific and precise in your requirements to our writers to avoid such complains.

Note: All papers qualifying for refunds and compensations must be claimed within three months after the approval of the refund claim.

Amendments

The rights to modify, revise, or change any and or otherwise all provisions highlighted on this Agreement, shall be held by EssayDomain.com at all Times. As such, the Customer shall be deemed to have expressly agreed to be binding aspect of the company’s Terms and Conditions, and by any subsequent modification, amendment, revision or changes as contemplated herein. Thus, customers shall be obliged review this Agreement, and acquit themselves with any changes that will happen from time to time. The company, therefore, recommends that customers should review these Terms and Conditions from time to time, since any such changes shall be immediately reflected in this section of our website.
